Tarun earned his Information technology studies from the Box Hill Institute. After that, he joined Monash University for Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Tarun also completed Building and scaling subscription business course from Stanford Continuing studies.

ENTREPRENEURIAL STORY
After completing his Schooling education, with his family support, he went to Australia for graduation. Tarun also started Masters there but then he dropped out of it. Initial days in Australia were very tough for Tarun. He belonged to a small village so learning a foreign language was very tough. Understanding English and speaking in English were both problems, so he started door to a door sales jobs to cure this thing.
He did it from 2010 to 2014, for about 4 to 5 years in Australia. Within one and half years, he became the company's top salesman and got to know more about sales and communication. Then In 2015, Tarun started work for startups in Australia along with his 2 partners. Both ventures were into the education field, one was the physical institute in Australia and another one was helping Australian people to learn online.

There he has seen that Australian geography is huge, so few areas where students do not have access to schools or colleges. So usually, they study from home because they live in the countryside. There he got an idea for the Vidyakul startup. Vidyakul relating the Indian education system with the foreign education system, and then came to India in 2018 to start with it.
