As an executive coach and a management consultant, She has worked in 23 various industries, in different nations, in the last 18 years. Having led many visionary workshops for key stakeholders in multinational organizations, she has been able to set new records of boosting overall productivity and business incomes for her clients, in a short span of time, through coaching intercessions.
Besides, individual coaches have facilitated results by researching scientific approaches in other areas of life like relationship alignment, emotional balance, or personal development. In the earlier stage of her entrepreneurial journey, she had designed and implemented the learning systems, service excellence processes, and culture development strategies during her association with industry-renowned players, while leading the learning and organization development function.
Rupinder never wanted to be an entrepreneur as she found it far more difficult than being in a permanent job, holding a designation, and enjoyable a routine and stable income. being an entrepreneur means being self-motivated, being a one-man army, being strict with self, being confident to move forward when times are dicey, thinking wisely before spending, and a lot more.

She did ponder over the pros-cons balance sheet of permanent job versus entrepreneurship for some months, to reach a concussion that with an unstable income, to begin with, comes great learning and exposure that a permanent job may not offer. She thought, why to restrict herself to play around in one system when she can do it with multiple. In total, 'Learning and exposure' is what drove her further to be an entrepreneur.
Due to the COVID-19 situation in that space and environment that she could have offered to her clients in normal scenarios, she cannot do that as effectively. For some sessions, she had always preferred a face-to-face meeting; that is not possible now. She has been using various video meeting platforms that are working well and helping clients restructure their environment to create changes from routine as required. However, she would still wait for the times to be better and resume meeting clients in person when required.
Today, Results Coach provides business results coaching, People performance coaching, Business strategy coaching, Personal results coaching, Dilemma resolution coaching, Leadership development workshops, Off-site workshops.
