After completing his graduation, Harshit attempted the banking entrance exam and after a few attempts, he qualified for the exam. But, he did not join any PSU banks as he wanted to start his own startup, But he did not have any prior work experience in the startup field.
Then, he started Edupto in November 2018. The startup works o performance enhancement and capability building solutions for educational institutions.
Find the best team is the initial stage of the startup. In Edupto they started with hiring interns from colleges and converting them into permanent team members. It helps them to increase the market reach at a low budget.
COVID-19 is very much affected by his startup. As they operate in the B2B zone, they do collaborate with schools and colleges. In the present scenario, since college and schools are closed, this has hampered their startup to a great extent. To overcome this challenge, they made sure that this is the time to support the private coaching institutions. They give their services at a very affordable cost so that any institution won't stop its operation.
