Yogesh earned his Diploma in Organic farming at Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University. After that, he joined Mohanlal Sukhadia University for a Bachelor of Science degree.

ENTREPRENEURIAL JOURNEY
Yogesh has started his career as a program officer for organic farming in 200 under the M.R.Morarka GDC Rural Research Foundation. In this profession, he has implemented his practices of organic farming in the field areas and also learned many new concepts as well.
In this work, Yogesh was personally so impressed and knew the benefits of using organic food in our life. With this thought, he decided to start up a venture with is related to organic farming. In 2020, Yogesh started his own startup named Rapid Organic with a clear picture and fixed goal in his mind. The aim was to transfer conventional farming into organic farming.
After launching this venture, they reached many local farmers and successfully registered 500 farmers who were actually interested in organic farming. The startup decided to start organic farming training programmers in which they explained the benefits of organic foods and farming. They explained to them the path they can do organic farming and the best organic practices.

They also gave practical sessions in which they created various organic pesticides, fertilizers, and others. With the great work of his team, they got a very quick and positive response from farmers as well as customers.
Today, This startup is connected to more than 3000 farmers out of which 1000 farmers are organic certified farmers and the remaining 2000 are either in their 2nd or 3rd certification phase. Apart from these This startup connected directly or indirectly to approx, 5000 farmers who are engaged with IPM and PR-free farming. Rapid Organic has more than 10 of various organic items as of today.
Our next-generation, Humankind, the entire animals that are directly and indirectly dependent on farming and the future of the globe. Rapid Organic's aim is to convert conventional farming into organic farming.
