ENTREPRENEURIAL JOURNEY

    Ayush does not believe a skill can be determined viably dependent on a certificate. Seeing the potential possessed by Indian programmers, he truly wants Indian developers to flourish, to get the genuine worth of their potential. 

     This is the reason he started this startup. It trains skilled programmers and developers in India and connects them with companies across the globe that not only provides them the necessary exposure but also gets paid similar to their potential.

     Ayush consistently aspired to be an entrepreneur and surprisingly started his first venture within the first few months of his college, But could not give it sufficient time and it wound up shutting down. But he felt that the reason that enterprise failed was that he did not give it sufficient time. So for his next project, he quit his college and nearly spent two years bankrupt at a co-working space, named Innov8. He attempted numerous things but none in support of himself.

     He has witnessed the differences in the life of an engineer in India vs one in the US and the lack of opportunity for them to deliver their full potential.

   When Pesto takes new people on board - regardless if they are offered proper training to fine-tune their skills as per the expected standards. They undergo four weeks of classroom training followed by four weeks of practical training including another four weeks of open-source apprenticeship with its international partners.

I am passionate about establishing a business that has a great impact on society. I am very bullish about new tech disrupting the old and traditional industries and I appreciate being a part of it. Challenging the status quo is fun.
