SUCCESS STORY

Vatsal visited Turkey in the year 2018 and that is where he had Baklava for the first time and he absolutely fell in love with it.
After coming back to India, he could not find good quality Baklavas and that is when he decided to begin his own startup. He started The Baklava Box in 2019, when he was still in college, his deep experience at such a young age led him to experiment with the rich flavors that are celebrated all over the Mediterranean lands.
This startup offers premium Baklavas in various varients. The authentic premium Baklavas are handcrafted by highly professional chefs and made using zero preservatives, chemicals, or artificial coloring. They have also launched Kunafa, a traditional Middle Eastern dessert.

A startup aims to curate gift boxes and trays with utmost opulence with their large variety of handmade Baklavas, flavored dates, Kunafa, Indian fusion sweets, and much more. This venture caters to the unmet demand for Mediterranean sweets, premium packaging, and an exclusive range of sweets and gift boxes.
In addition, Vatsal's passion for Arabian culture has driven him to manufacture the luscious dessert which is made up of filo, dry fruits, and honey.
Apart from Baklava Box, Vatsal is also a Co-Founder of The Gourmet Nut. This is a premium dry fruits brand providing a wide range of flavored nuts and seeds.
