ENTREPRENEURIAL STORY

     After completing his studies he worked in the marketing and sales sector across different companies and held positions in companies like HAL limited. After that, he founded an e-commerce platform named 44°.com with his brother for selling industrial items like nuts and bolts which he shut after 4 years of functioning as there was no flexibility of selling those items B2B in the Indian market as the internet was new.

     Then, he started working as an employee in a company that manufactures industrial equipment but as soon as he got interested in organic farming he collected all his savings and bought 10-acre farmland, which is located in Nainital. The main reason behind this farming is that he wanted to eat pure and completely natural food but this interest of Rajneesh officially turned into a startup when he incorporated farm Naturelle.

    when he started natural farming he also had an interest in apiculture with the art of extracting honey. In starting, he extracted some honey and let his family taste it. They gave a good response to Honey, and they encouraged him to expand it.

     Then, he collaborated with some villagers, as Jim Corbett was not so far from his farmland, he set up some boxes for honey collection under trees like litchi and some flowers. Once we got an understanding of the organic items he even called the products line, listed other products like vegetable oil, aloe vera juice, and many more items.

     The main ISP office business is the purity of the honey and all other items on the list as they are very less retailers who sell organic products without adulteration. As the business is bootstrapped the cash flow is less but he anyhow managed it, it sounds easy but it was not as he had to keep an eye on the suppliers because of the fraud of ingenuity.

    Today, He sells their products through websites and social media platforms. He sells more than 60 tones of honey every year.
