    Confetti Gifts startup launched in 2019 by Saumya Kabra. This venture out with corporate gifting and slowly made its way into the B2C space. The company was able to clock Rs.2.5 crore annual income this year despite the pandemic.

    Initially, Any entrepreneurial journey starts with recognizing the gap. Saumya came back from the UK in 2019 after completing her MBA. She wanted to order some goodies for her friends in India but she could not find any portal that combined the personalization and emotions of the sender.

      The available gifting platforms were very simple and did not really care about consumer's emotions. The variety was very limited and there was nothing that honored an individual's taste or likeness.

    As per the report, despite many shops being shut, the gift card market was influenced by various factors in the past year, including the growth of e-commerce, incentivizing workers to work remotely, digital gifting, and initiatives undertaken by the government, hospitality, and travel factories to receive growth. Indian gifting market is projected to grow from $119 million in 2019 to $159 million by 2015 as per the report to market research company TechSci Research.

    Today, Confetti Gifts serves 1300 consumers every month through its website, and counts Amazon, IBM, Adobe, Razorpay, and many more platforms, among its B2B clients.
