     Sandeep Gajakas is the founder of ShoeVival. India's first shoe laundry venture provides shoe cleaning, color correction, and all related services for males, females, and kids. He is from Mumbai, India.

       Sandeep started his college life journey at Mithibai college. After that, he joined the National Institute of Fire Engineering for Fire engineer, Fire safety, and management studies.

ENTREPRENEUR STORY

     The first Shoe Laundry started officially in 2003. ShoeVival is the second brand he had created for franchising. Due to the immense market Goodwill and brand recall, The Shoe Laundry is now the service brand or franchising brand. ShoeViaval going forward will be their special services and products and accessories brand.

         Sandeep Gajakas cleans his displays off, deliberately and continually. During a two-hour interview at his residence in Suburban Mumbai, He would have cleaned his glasses about half a dozen times. He also constantly places his phone and this correspondent's phone is straight lines, facing him. Haphazardness does not quite work for him.

       He has not always worked from home, even though he confesses that there are some great advantages in doing so, like having lunchtime. Till a year prior, he had an office, a workshop, and a flourishing business in Mumbai.

         Back in 2009, they were doing 80-90 pairs of shoes a day and he had 16 employees at the workshop. In any case, at that point, he chose to close the thriving business and spotlight on growing his business organization. He spends most of the time in his home on Laptop. He read and give answers to thousands of emails per day.

My biggest handicap is that I am the sole knowledge hub of processes and techniques of this business. Plus I do not have graduates being churned out in shoe cleaning and repair technology from any institute.
