Minal earned her schooling education business and commerce studies from Modern School Vasant Vihar. Then she studied AISSE from Vasant Valley School. After that, she went to Boston University for bachelor's of business administration and financial studies.

This startup was founded in 2017 by Minal Anand and his brother Jai Karan Anand. She tried to understand the education system in India for a year. She thought about the best strategy that would work in the Indian market.
After completing her education she worked in many companies like Franklin Templeton, Citigroup, and HPL additives. She believed in the need of the hour is not providing more content but teachers should be able to assist students to comprehend the available content.
She returned to India and she realized the difference between the way of education is imparted in India and the way it is done in international quarters, and he promoted her to explore the education technology sector.
