Namita Gupta is the Co-founder of Airveda. It is an app to enable air quality monitor that helps you know and manage the quality of air you breathe. She is from Gurgaon, India.

EDUCATION
Namita was very good in studies. She earned her B.Tech, M.Tech and computer science education from Indian Institute of Technology. She graduated 2nd in class.

ENTREPRENEUR STORY
After completing her studies she worked many years in the US Microsoft, and Facebook and was CPO at Zomato after she returned to India.
Asthma ran in her family. She, her dad and her daughter all was asthmatic. In 2014 Delhi was declared the most polluted city in the world. Asthma patient's was increased that time. Her family was suffering for these problem. So, she had two choice one is move back to the US and another one is do something for it.
She not wanted to move US. So, she thought about how to solved this problem. And after some time she made air quality monitor and it was changed her life.
She put it in their living room and her daughter's bedroom when she slept at night. She felt very comfortable after applied filter.
Then, she realized that having a monitoring solution can help people feel more in control of their health and the ill-effects of air pollution. After this thought she establish "Airveda".

The degradation of the Aravalis has already led to desertification. If this trend continues, episods of sand storms will become more frequent
