Kiara earned her schooling from the Cathedral and John Cannon School. Then, she completed her graduation in Mass Communications at Jai Hind College.

SUCCESS STORY
Kiara was born to Jagdeep Advani, a Sindhi Hindi businessman, and Genevieve Jaffery. Born as Alia Advani, she changed her first name to Kiara prior to the release of her first film Fugly, in 2014. Her choice of the name was inspired by Priyanka Chopra's character Kiara in the film Anjaana Anjaani. It was Salman Khan's suggestion to change her name.
Kiara's debut in Bollywood with Fugly movie in 2014. Later in 2016, Advani was seen in Neeraj Pandey's sports film M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story. This was one of the year's top grosser films and earned Rs.216 crores globally.
In 2017, Kiara played newcomer Mustafa's love interest in the Abbas-Mustan directed action thriller Machine, but unfortunately, it was a box office disappointment.
Then, Advani made her OTT debut with the Netflix 2018 anthological movie Lust Stories. In the same year, she entered a Telugu Cinema. She signed the Mahesh Babu starter Bharat Ane Nenu film. The film earned Rs.225 crores worldwide and making it one of Telugu cinema's highest grosser.
Kiara also appeared in the "Urvashi" album song, which was sung by Yo Yo Honey Singh.
