Kritagya earned his schooling education from Don Bosco School. Then, He completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi, University.
SUCCESS JOURNEY
During Kritagya's corporate job, he realized that with globalization, companies are diversifying their investment and business portfolios in the form of transactions within emerging markets. These emerging markets generally have a high return component to offer, however with a significant fraud risk exposure.
With huge capital infusion and reputation involved in such transactions, unassailable due diligence and counterparty profiling cannot be ignored. In order to help investors navigate successfully in these unchartered territories and help them make informed decisions and keep their reputation and intellectual properties intact, he decided to start Vigilancia.
However, before starting this startup, he wanted to be sure that whether entrepreneurial space was something he is made for. Therefore, he decided to leave his corporate job and work as an independent consultant for six months. During this venture, He was managing business reports, clients communications, business development, marketing, sales, accounts on his own. Later, In 2020 with more confidence and built a network he decided to start Vigilancia.

Currently, this startup assists multinational professional services firms, private equities and funds in managing their business Forensics and Pre Transaction - Commercial and Counterparty due diligence requirements.
Vigilancia evaluates the market standing, background, integrity, reputation, regulatory, non-compliance exposures, geopolitical risks and performance track record of the management group or corporate entity by collecting and analysing information that is available in the public domain, subscribed databases, market source and industry experts. Within less than one year, Vigilancia has been able to establish its mark in the industry, by getting on-boarded by two world's leading multinational professional services firms as their market intelligence vendor.
