ENTREPRENEURIAL JOURNEY

Yash has five years of professional experience across management consulting and private equality having previously worked as head of business development for Ampcus Inc. It is a cybersecurity and enterprise technology company in the US. Yash has also worked as a consultant at the KPMG government Advisory Division and as the CGO at Magic Capital LLP, a private equity firm.

Today, Yash is working as the Establisher of the startup Polietik. The mission of this venture is to give a virtual platform for citizens of India to communicate, interact with, and engage influencers and bridge the gap between the democratic process and technology.

Yash has consistently clung to the works of the popular proponent of the Austrian School of Economics Joseph Schumpeter. At the very core of his works lies the idea of 'Creative Destruction' or the ability to innovate to change the very landscape of society and in turn disrupt the static order that wins. This thought is the very description of an entrepreneur and therefore makes this line of work far more intriguing.

The most exciting moment of my entrepreneurial journey has been actually developing the Polietik venture. From the ideation stage of lunch, this journey has taught him key virtues any entrepreneur needs such as patience, teamwork, and leadership.

The startup believes in incumbent social media platforms that lack the architecture, understanding of the vernacular disposition of India, social design, sophistication needed to protect user data, and understanding of the Indian consumer's needs.

Success is not final, failure is not fatal; it is the courage to continue that counts.
