Vedika Tibrewal is Establisher of the Vikson Foodworks. It is the parent company of the brand Scoopski Cookie Dough. It is a versatile dessert in a jar and its claim to fame is India's first Edible Cookie Dough. She is from Kolkata, India.

EDUCATION
Vedika earned her high school education from Modern High School for Girls. After that, she joined the Bachelor of Science in Economics for St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. Then, she joined Harvard University for Summer Programme and Creative Thinking and Organisational Behaviour. She also a student of SDA Bocconi, where she earned a Master's Degree in Management in Food and Beverage.
