Mitali earned her high school education from Delhi Public school, Vasant Kunj. After that she moved in Motilal Nehru Collage, University of Delhi for Bachelors with honours in commerce.

Mitali grew up seeing her mother struggle to find a pair of shoes that fit her right, often confining herself to a small section of limited choices at shoe store. It was then that Mitali decided to start her own brand out if refusal to settle for shoes that did not fit her perfectly.
At 25 years old years old, she left her extravagant FinTech work abroad and set out to make her own foundation of veggie lover and cold-bloodedness free footwear that prioritises size inclusivity without compromising on style. Zori world's assortment of footwear is lavish yet moderate which was additionally major to the brand.
