Vineeta Singh is the Co-founder and CEO of Sugar Cosmetics. It is a Mumbai-based makeup brand. She is from Mumbai, India.

Vineeta earned her high school education from Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram. Then, she studied at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras for B. Tech and electrical engineering. After that, she decided to study MBA at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. In 2007 she completed her study.

SUCCESS STORY
After finishing her MBA studies she was clear about one thing that is she did not want to take up a job in investment banking and the other she wanted to do something big In it she had to make more money. She wanted to create a startup. She wanted to start something in women's cosmetics.
Then, she started with making content for educational institutes and then over a period of time hot into HR outsourcing. For most of 2007 till 2012, She was running an HR outsourcing business where she would do background verification, hiring, and training for large companies like FedEx, Mahindras, ITC, and many more. It was a good service company doing about 2 to 3 crores INR in revenue.
At that time, she had a chance to travel abroad. And she thought it was really passionate about women's consumer space. Then, she quit her job and built a start-up Fab Bag in 2012 with Kaushik Mukherjee. It is a subscription-based cosmetic. company.
After three years she started her own start-up which is Sugar Cosmetics. It is a cruelty-free makeup brand that is high in style and higher performance. It is manufactured in state-of-the-art facilities across Germany, Italy, India, the USA, and Korea the brand ships its bestselling products across lips, eyes, face, and nail categories across the world.
