SUCCESS STORY
After completing her education Payal worked in Warner music group as an employee. But she was tired of corporate job life So, she wanted to do something new and big. Payal's passion has always been Indian dance. She wanted to make a dance company. She gains inspiration from her mother.
In the initial stage, she had not enough money to build a start-up. So, she collected money from her friends and family and she found some investors.
Then, she had the idea to create a search engine and reservation system for fitness classes. In September 2012, Mary Biggins was hired. In June 2012, She released her brand name with Sanjiv Sanghavi. It is a Classtivity. After passing a two-year she changed her brand name and rebranded as ClassPass.
Her father advised her during her college days It was, remember that the only thing constant in the world is change, so be flexible and adaptable. Entrepreneurs, especially, get very stuck on an idea or product, or the name of the company. She applied in her life and she became a successful entrepreneur.
In the COVID-19 pandemic situation, ClassPass started to stream classes online. They lose more profit but she believes in hard and smart work. So, she never closes her start-up.
Find time for yourself, because if you do not do that, you forget what you are fighting for and why you exist in the world.
