She was taken her lower education from FORE school of management, New Delhi. After that, she studied abroad. She took education from The London School of economics and political science.
ENTREPRENEUR STORY
Kanika was part of field research to understand employment in villages around Delhi, which made her decision to start up even a farmer.
In her research one village which is Kadarpur, there where she did not see a single cow in the villagers' home. Kanika was told that the cattle are left to graze and would return in the evening.
After that, she adds quality and it takes at least 4 days before the milk packets reach a consumer's home.
Then she started Whyte Farms in 2015, with co-founder Sanjeev Yadav.
Whyte Farms claims to be the healthier alternatives, with all the processes from chilling, pasteurizing, and packing taking place on its 30-acre farm in Tijara, located 90 km from Delhi.
When they started their start-up they invested nearly 4 crores, Now their annual revenue is approximately 7 crores.
In the future, they provide paneer and curd as well.
Most villagers are unable to take care of the cattle even though a lactating animal requires immense nutrition. When the cattle are left to roam on their own they end up eating garbage including plastics, and the milk will not nutritious even if the farmer's not a crook and gives unadulterated milk.
