Namit was born in a typical Marwadi family. His family runs a business in chemical manufacturing. After completing his graduation, he did not join a chemical business, because he desired to begin something on his own and he started taking tiny steps towards his entrepreneurial journey.
Before starting his own startup, Namit worked in a few companies like telecommunication and CA firms as a marketing executive to get some experience.
Then, Namit borrowed Rs.1.30 lakhs from his father to start his own business and start a fax machine. However, he did not run the photocopy agency business for long as the commission margin was not good.
Namit is the master of innovative ideas for small businesses and is famous for his creative and innovative business idea. He visited an exhibition held in Germany; here he got information about the auto-clean kitchen chimney. He identified the future of the kitchen chimney market in India. He knew that how nuisance was our household chimney, which needed cleaning frequently.
After that, Namit started importing auto-clean chimneys from Germany, China, Vietnam, Japan, and other nations. In 2003, he is shifting the business from the import model to the manufacturing model. He was always keen on studying the Indian market, and this habit helped him survive the hardest of times.
Namit took risks with different home and kitchen appliances to keep the business afloat. In 2000, he saw the demand for kitchen chimneys and modular kitchens rising in India.

For the first time introduced auto-clean technology in kitchen chimneys for making contemporary Indian cooking, a lifestyle experience. Auto-clean chimney's demand blew the Indian market, as kitchen chimneys are necessary for Indian cooking.
At that time, most of the kitchen chimneys were designed for European-style cooking and imported from Europe. And, this was not solving Indian kitchen's problems.
