Nikita started Amama in 2018. Her strong background in fashion retail and stepped into the jewelry business. However, the inspiration came from her Dadi who owned and wore a lot of jewelry, and post her death the same was inherited. Nikita sternly convinced her external family and husband to do this and thus, started small.
In the initial days, Nikita would personally curate jewelry from district coordinates. She lovingly called her Dadi Amma and that is why the brand name Amama came into existence. This is a rare brand responsible and the pioneer in making the well-known 'Afghan' jewelry commercial.
From hiring just one employee in 2018 to 25 employees and 15 admin personnel working with Amama today, surely and precisely narrates the spectacular growth that this jewelry brand has accomplished.
