EDUCATION
Ankita earned high school education from St Mary's Convent, Ajmer. After that, she joined the International College of Girls for Bachelors of Commerce(Hons). Then, she moved to the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta for Business Administration and Management.

SUCCESS STORY
In this technological enhancement era, most of the youth are chasing at the white collared jobs forget about the Indian backbone of economy-farming. But Ankita proved it wrong. After completing her graduation at IIM Culcutta, she started working with the companies until 2014 when she came back to her native Ajmer and adopted farmers as her profession.
She felt it to be her obligation and good duty to take care of the privately-run company which was begun by her dad. In spite of the fact that her folks were government representatives, they began the dairy business subsequent to taking willful retirement.
While the different fields were observing large growth, the agriculture sector was losing its shine. She decided to use the largest technologies in farming for the operation of the activities and taking it to a new peak. She introduced the "Matratav dairy and organic food" as an attempt to get into organic farming.

After leaving a palatial and well-settled job, She chose to become a full-time farmer, being a first-generation entrepreneur. She feels very proud to be an entrepreneur and instead of working under someone else she currently jobs opportunities for different people.
In the initial days, they earned very low revenue and she had to pitch in money from her pocket. She never once lost hope and believed that one must put in a minimum of 1000 days of hard work to achieve the desired results.
Breaking the standard example, She acquired natural cultivating, and furthermore began the home-conveyance of dairy items. She started selling organic vegetables, flour, honey, spices, and many other items, and all of these products were home delivered, and very soon her venture started and spread.
The real challenges were to make her consumers aware of how various their approach was towards farming and how was her items different from others. It was not the cup of tea to explain to the ruler people about this who hardly cared about the quality or the way the items were manufactured.
